You can ask us to delete your Instaworm data at any time, including any data received through a connected Instagram account.
Email johnny@nousify.ai from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your data. We will delete the requested data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or security purposes, and confirm by email once it is done.
Removing Instaworm's access to your Instagram account is a separate step from deleting your data. You can disconnect an Instagram account at any time from within the app, or by removing Instaworm's access directly from your Instagram or Facebook account settings. Disconnecting stops our access going forward; it does not by itself delete data we already have, so also send a deletion request if you want that data removed.
A deletion request removes your account information, connected Instagram account data, and message and lead data associated with your account, as described in our Privacy Policy.
