This Refund Policy applies to all Instaworm subscription plans, including any add-ons. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
All payments made to Instaworm are final. We do not offer refunds, in full or in part, for any subscription plan, billing period, or add-on, for any reason, including partial use of a billing period, dissatisfaction with the Service, or a change of mind.
New accounts get a free trial period before any payment is charged. Use the trial to decide whether Instaworm is right for you. Cancelling before the trial ends means you will not be charged.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund any amount already charged. You keep access to the Service until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
This policy does not limit our willingness to correct a genuine billing error, such as being charged twice for the same billing period or being charged after a cancellation was already confirmed. Contact us if you believe this happened to your account.
