These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Instaworm (the "Service"), operated by Instaworm ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Instaworm helps businesses find leads and manage Instagram outreach and conversations, including through an official connection to the Instagram Platform and, optionally, a browser extension. You are responsible for how you use the Service, including the content of any messages you send.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
When you connect an Instagram account to Instaworm, you authorize us to access and act on that account through Meta's official APIs (and, where applicable, our browser extension) as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you are authorized to connect that account and that doing so does not violate Instagram's or Meta's own terms and policies.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at signup. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless stated otherwise. All payments are final - see our Refund Policy.
The Service is provided "as is." Instagram and Meta may change or restrict their platforms at any time in ways outside our control, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any third-party platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instaworm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update the Service and these Terms over time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated to active account holders.
